Raymonde G. Pirard, of New Windsor, NY entered into eternal rest on July 2, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 97 years old.

The daughter of the late Hector Jean Baptiste Allard and Mary Hortense (Labie) Allard, Raymonde was born on February 17, 1925 in Roux, Charleroi, Belgium.

Raymonde was one of a kind, a loving person who tried as much as humanly possible to be there for anyone whom she could help. She thrived on family and her strong Christian faith in the Catholic Church. She was a shining example of what a parent and grandparent should be. She was loyal, kind, fierce, funny, sarcastic, witty and above all human.

Raymonde was predeceased by her beloved husband: Marcel J. Pirard, her son: Jean-Jacques (John) Pirard, son: Yvon Pirard, sister: Yvonne Bauwin-Allard. She is survived by her son: Joel Pirard and his wife Alexandra Pirard of New Windsor, NY; her grandchildren: Allen Pirard, Christopher Pirard, Elizabeth (Lizzie) Kanaya and her husband Taisuke Kanaya, Cybil Oliver and her husband Bryan Robinson, and Jeanette Pirard; great-grandchildren: (Cybil’s daughter) Gabriella Oliver, and (Cybil’s son) James Frierson, his wife Caylee Frierson and their son, and 2 great-great grandchildren, James and Caylee’s son Ezekiel, and Jeanette’s daughter, Bella Toerock.

Memorial Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, August 12th at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. A Chapel Service will follow the Visitation at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow the Service at St. Francis Cemetery in New Windsor, NY.
