Lashawnda Johnson-Lutterodt, of Newburgh, NY entered into eternal rest on August 12, 2020 at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh, NY with her family by her side. She was 31 years old.
The daughter of Kevin Smalls and Valerie Johnson Smalls, Lashawnda was born on September 23, 1988 in Brooklyn, NY.
Lashawnda was a Patient Care Associate at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital where she lovingly cared for many patients.
In addition to her parents, Lashawnda is survived by her husband: Andrew Lutterodt; her sister: Sade Smalls; her brother: Elijah Smalls; her grandparents: Kennith and Kum-Ok Smalls; her aunt: Shatima Johnson; her uncles: Johnnie Johnson and Keith Smalls; a host of cousins; and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18th at Solid Rock Church, 20 Holloran Road, New Windsor, NY. Due to the continued public health concerns of covid-19, please know that there is an occupancy limitation which may cause a wait time. Facial coverings must be worn in the funeral home at all times.
Funeral Services will be private. Interment will take place at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Mountainville, NY.
