Klaus D. Roth, of Cornwall, NY entered into eternal rest on December 8, 2020 at his home. He was 77 years old.
The son of the late Karl Anton Roth and Margarete (Mainzer) Roth, Klaus was born on April 1, 1943 in Hanau, Germany.
Klaus was a retired, Assistant Bridge Foreman with the New York State Bridge Authority where he worked for 37 years at the Bear Mountain Bridge.
A family statement reads: “Klaus was a great Husband, Father and Opa. His greatest pleasure was spending time with Grandchildren and family.” He will be missed greatly.
Klaus is survived by his loving wife: Leonora (Gmeiner) Roth at home; his daughter: Maria (Roth) Kinkel and her husband Peter of Fishkill, NY; his son: Karl Roth of Newburgh, NY; his 5 grandchildren: Karl Roth, Erik Roth, Eleanor Kinkel, Emma Kinkel and Richard Conklin; and his siblings: Joachim Roth, Dorothea Robinson and Eva Hartmann.
