Kevin B. Keegan passed away at the age of 88 on December 9, 2018 at Sapphire Nursing Home at Meadow Hill, Newburgh, NY.

The son of the late Catherine (Lewis) Keegan and James Keegan, Kevin was born on February 28, 1932 in Cornwall, NY.

Kevin was retired from The Evening News, Newburgh, NY and was an honorary member of Highland Engine Co. #1, Cornwall, NY. He was a diehard NY Mets and NY Jets fan and loved to watch his grandsons play ball.

Kevin is survived by his wife of 56 years, Anne B. (Hunt) Keegan; his son: Kevin Mark Keegan (Donna); and grandsons: Justin Keegan and Max Keegan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Kevin was predeceased by his siblings: John, James and Thomas Keegan, Veronica Patterson, Mary Ferguson and Ann Palermo.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 16th at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 17th at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, 340 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. Interment will follow the Mass at St. Thomas Cemetery, Cornwall, NY.
