Jean M. Kelly of the Town of Newburgh, NY entered into eternal rest on March 9, 2022 at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY. She was 58 years old.
The daughter of the late John P. Murphy and Mary E. (Griffin) Murphy, Jean was born on July 2, 1963 in Suffern, NY.
Jean was a Dental Assistant for Robert Lustbader, DDS in Newburgh, NY.
“Jean was an amazing and selfless mother who had nothing but unconditional love for her children. She had a strong sense of humor and a passion for music. She rescued many cats and welcomed them into her home where she lived with her beloved fiancé Kirk. To say she will be missed is an understatement.”
Jean is survived by her children: Nicole M. Kelly and Edward P. Kelly of New Windsor, NY; her sisters: Mary Ellen Schnalzer, Patricia DiValentino, Suzanne Murphy and Nancy Murphy; and her brother: Thomas Murphy.
Based on new CDC guidelines adopted by NYS, fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks or be socially distanced, but unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and be socially distanced in the funeral home.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13th at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. A Chapel Service will follow at 5:00 p.m. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY
