Geralyn “Geri” A. (Roccisano) Salerno of Port Washington, NY entered into eternal rest on December 29, 2019 at St. Francis Hospital, Flower Hill, NY. She was 46 years old.
The daughter of the late Vincent Roccisano and Ellen B. (Maloney) Roccisano, Geri was born on November 15, 1973 in Mount Vernon, NY.
Geri enjoyed her job as a Hostess at Louie’s Grill in Port Washington, NY.
Geri was an avid gardener that could grow anything. She enjoyed cooking and reading, as well as taking care of her animals. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Geri is survived by her husband: Michael Salerno at home; his children John and Alexis of New Jersey; her adoring sons: Vincent and Jeff Rossbach; their father Jeff Rossbach; her loving mother: Ellen B. Roccisano; her devoted sisters: Veronica G. Roccisano, Ellen G. (Roccisano) Beadle (Fran) and Jennie G. (Roccisano) Dabney (Matthew) all of Highland Mills, NY; her niece and nephews; and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, January 3rd at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, January 3rd at St. Patrick’s Church, 445 Route 32, Highland Mills, NY. Interment will follow the Mass at Cemetery of the Highlands, Highland Mills, NY.
