Eileen M. Davidson, of Walden, NY formally of Warrenton, VA and Florida, NY, entered into eternal rest on January 3, 2018 at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY. She was 76 years old.

The daughter of the late Thomas Murray and Ellen (O’Mahoney) Murray, Eileen was born on April 14, 1941 in Bronx, NY. On May 30, 1964 Eileen married the love of her life, Donald Davidson.

Eileen was a retired Nurse with The New York Foundling in New York City, NY.

Eileen was an active member of Most Precious Blood in Walden, NY. She was previously the head of the Religious Education Program at St. Edwards’s Catholic Church in Florida, NY. Eileen was a charitable, loving mother and grandmother who loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

In addition to her husband Donald Davidson, Eileen is survived by her sons: Michael D. Davidson and his wife Jaime, Matthew T. Davidson and his wife Sherrie; her daughters: Deborah A. Vogel and her husband Rick, Diane Burns and her husband Michael, and Doreen Brodmerkel and her husband Matt; her seven grandchildren: Daniel, Gillian, Kaitlyn, Zachary, Nora, Olivia and Kurt; and her sister Patricia Heffernan and her husband John.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 7th at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 8th at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, 340 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. Interment will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery, Cornwall, NY.
